Try It On Tuesdays: Dollish Polish Sweet Dreams Are Made of Glitter

Hiiii! We've got another edition of Try It on Tuesday for you ladies tonight featuring a little beaut from Dollish Polish!

I recently got this polish from Dolly when she opened up shop last time a few weeks ago. For this mani, I used Dollish Polish Sweet Dreams Are Made Of Glitter and China Glaze Sweet Hook as an accent nail.

Sweet Dreams has a gorgeous seafoam green base with a TON of glitters in squares, hexagons and some microglitters in light/dark pink, turquoise and purple. IN LOVE.

Goodness!! Just look at those glitters! I can't get enough of this polish so much that it's definitely in my Top 5 favorites. I'll definitely be using this a lot more often.

Check out some other bloggers participating in Try It On Tuesday's here!

You can buy from Dolly at her website here THIS Friday June 29th where she'll be restocking Urban Camo, Aurora Borealis, Putting On The Ritz, Random Dancing and Spank You Very Much!

Thanks for stopping by!

2-4-1 Tuesdays! (Try It On Tuesday's + 365 Days of Color Review)

Evening everyone! I hope you all had (or are having) a fabulous Tuesday. Last week some of my amazing blog friends and I decided to get together and do a weekly segment. Try It On Tuesdays features the unused polishes that you just have sitting around. I have a huge drawer full of so many untried pretties, so I was quick to jump in! This week is actually a 2-4-1 Tuesday because I'm using two polishes that I haven't used yet, one that I've been itching too!

The two polishes I'm using today are China Glaze's Icicle from their Let It Snow 2011 collection and 365 Days of Color's Waking Up in Vegas. I'm on the fence about how I feel about silver polishes and I've never been a big fan of a frosty finish with my skin tone so I've let this one sit. Recently though, I've been itching to try different silvers so when Sunny from 365 Days of Color asked me to review Waking Up in Vegas for her I immediately knew that it needed a silver base!

So incredibly gorgeous. Waking Up in Vegas is from 365 Days of Color's soon to be released Travel the World collection. This glitter packed top coat has a perfect formula, no digging required here! I have a new found obsession for diamond glitters and this did not disappoint. I did have to do a bit of manuvering to get the diamonds where I wanted them, but I'm just OCD and for most people I'm sure it would've been okay.

Here it is without any underwear (base color) on my thumb. Two generous coats.

Visit her shop at https://365daysofcolorpolishes.bigcartel.com/ where these will be available within the next week or so for $8.00 for a full size or $4.50 for a mini.

What polishes do YOU have sitting untried? Feel free to post your pics on my Facebook and I'll share them with everyone!

Quick Update!

Hi lovelies! Sorry about the lack of posts it's just been so hard with a crappy phone & a broken computer and having to use my roommates whenever I could -- BUT that is no more! I finally jumped on the iPhone bandwagon and lemme tell ya, I'm not getting off!!! Also my new computer will be here tomorrow, so after I switch everything over I'll have lots of exciting nail mail to show you that I've gotten over the past few weeks.

I also have a lot of reviews on some tremendous products coming up and a 500 Facebook follower giveaway starting this weekend! So within the next few days definitely come on back and see what's been up in the life of College Polished!

Here's what I currently have on my nails! From the Vintage Minnie Mouse Collection OPI If You Moust, You Moust with an accent nail of OPI Alpine Snow with OPI Nothin' Mousie Bout It!! So gorgeous I love these colors. I know some other bloggers and a few of my girlfriends were saying that the heart glitters were hard to get out, but I didn't really have any trouble at all. Maybe I just got a good bottle ;)

Alright girls, I've gotta run this is just a super quick update on my work break! You all remember the amazing Sunny from 365 Days of Color who did a guest post about water marbling, right?! Well these two gorgeous babies are from her soon-to-be released Travel the World Collection & she sent them for review so watch out for that post this weekend!

Happy Friday everyone!
